Vino

Vino is a charming little pompon dahlia with tight, perfectly rounded blooms in rich cerise to crimson-coral, often glowing with a hint of golden yellow at the center. The color shifts lighter and darker as the flowers open, so every stem looks a little different.

Productive, long-lasting in the vase, and great for bouquets, borders and containers. Grow in full sun, and pinch early for more stems.

Sold as a single tuber with an eye. Tubers ship in spring.

Vino was bred by Jan G Ballego and Sons. Every Vino dahlia tuber we sell was grown, dug and divided by hand on our Northern California farm.

Pompon dahlias are the smallest of the ball types, with perfectly round blooms about 2 in across and petals cupped all the way to the tips.
